With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile terminals have become essential role in people's work and life. Mobile Internet-based conference services and industrialization, is becoming an important direction of development of information services. This paper analyzes the key technologies of conference-cloud platform which is based on mobile Internet and mobile terminal, and research its platform's structure, functions, design and implementation.
