在糖厂生产过程中,从压榨机出来的混合汁含有大量的蔗渣、泥等杂质,因此在澄清工段时通过中和汁快沉把蔗渣和泥汁从蔗汁里分离出来.为提高产糖质量、降低生产能耗物耗,设计了基于iFix和PLC的糖厂平流沉降器配套自动控制系统,稳定沉降器的来汁流量,防止滤汁箱冒箱或抽空,实现絮凝剂、澄清剂、清净剂自动按比例添加,泥汁自动按比例排放.实际运行结果表明,平流沉降器控制系统设计合理,有效,且安全可靠.
