In accordance with the target of improving vocational college students' practice capacity and hands-on capacity, according to the construction of practice teaching base within and outside school, the article discusses the construction model, principle and mechanisms of practice teaching base, and puts forward construction principle and countermeasures of practice teaching base, which has guiding role for similar higher vocation colleges.
