居住是人类最基本的需求之一,城市居住小区是满足居民居住需求的基本载体,其规划建设的好坏直接关系到人居环境的可持续发展.本文以徐州市为例,综合考虑人居环境的内容和内涵,建立徐州市人居环境舒适度评价指标体系,从人居硬环境和人居软环境两方面考虑,列出5个准则,20个因素作为调查和评价的因子,用社会调查统计法对城区内有代表性的居住小区进行综合评价.并得出结论徐州市区人居环境总体处于起步阶段,最后提出各居住地域的优化措施.

Housing is one of the most basic human needs, city residential area is to satisfy the basic living needs of the carrier. The planning and construction is directly related to the sustainable development of human settlement environment. In this paper, taking Xuzhou city as an example,Considering the content and connotation of human settlements, we set up the comfort evaluation index system of human settlements.From two aspects of hard living environment and soft living environment, we list the 5 criteria and 20 factors as factor survey and evaluation.Using the statistical method of social investigation in the urban area, we are a comprehensive evaluation of the residential area. The Conclusion is that Xuzhou urban living environment is in the initial stage. Finally we put forward the optimization measures of the residential area.
