山东蓝黄经济一体化战略作为山东省经济区域一体化重要战略的实施,必将加快山东经济建设新的步伐.但是一体化战略的实施不是简单的蓝黄经济的叠加.在一体化过程中,由于利益冲突,文化层次不同,电子政务水平不同,第三部门不够完善以及“行政区经济”的存在,为一体化的进程产生种种阻碍.实现政府协同,建设利益协调机制和资源共享机制、推进行政体制改革,完善制度保障,建立和谐文化,完善和发挥第三部门作用,将有利于推进一体化的顺利实施.
