采集并分离来源于辽宁北部7个市县的7株野生球孢白僵菌菌株,比较了各菌株产孢量、萌发率和孢子的生长速率生物学指标及对玉米螟3龄幼虫毒力水平进行测试,筛选对玉米螟高致病性的白僵菌菌株.试验结果表明:不同菌株间存在较大的差异,综合各项生物学特性指标数据,筛选出生物学特性表现优良的高致病性菌株1株,即TL3菌株. TL3菌株产孢量达到18.35×107个/cm2,14 h的萌发率为93.29%,营养生长量为2.64 mm/d.通过对玉米螟3龄幼虫毒力的测定,死亡率达到了98.33%.各项生物学特性指标均显著优于生产上广泛应用的对照(CK)菌株.

@@@@In order to screen pathogenic strains of Beauveria bassiana, acquisition and separation of the seven wild Beauveria bassiana strains from the seven counties in northern Liaoning was done. Meanwhile, sporogenous high ability, vegetative growth and spore germination rate were compared and pathogenicity for 3rd instar larvae of the corn borer was assayed. The result showed that there were big differences between different strains. Among those 7 strains, the strain TL3 was recognized as a good candidate strain for its high sporogenous ability (18.35×107/cm2). Its14h germination rate was 93.29%and the amount of vegetative growth was 2.64mm/d. The test of the corn borer larvae virulence showed that the mortality rate was 98.33%. The indicators of biological characteristics were significantly better than those of the widely used production control (CK) strains.
