教师职业幸福感是教师在承担教书育人的教育教学工作当中,通过自己辛勤的创造性劳动使得学生成才并在平凡的教育教学岗位上实现自己的专业发展时所表现出来的心理上和精神上的主观愉悦感.影响高职教师职业幸福感的因素主要有:教师个人因素、校园文化、社会环境、学生以及教师待遇问题.
教師職業倖福感是教師在承擔教書育人的教育教學工作噹中,通過自己辛勤的創造性勞動使得學生成纔併在平凡的教育教學崗位上實現自己的專業髮展時所錶現齣來的心理上和精神上的主觀愉悅感.影響高職教師職業倖福感的因素主要有:教師箇人因素、校園文化、社會環境、學生以及教師待遇問題.

@@@@The professional well-being of vocational college teachers is a kind of pleasure or self-realization, be it psychological or spiritual, which is embodied in the process of teaching and helping students to be qualified for their future occupations. Many factors are involved in evaluating the professional well-being, such as personal factors, campus cultures, social environment, students, welfare, and so on.
