研究了半轴、传动轴扭转刚度对传动系冲击载荷最大值的影响,得出了半轴扭转刚度与传动系冲击载荷最大值之间的函数关系,指出降低半轴扭转刚度是减小传动系冲击载荷最大值,提高传动系可靠性的有效方法.研制了新型非调质刚半轴,并将其与原调质刚半轴进行了对比试验.结果表明,将非调质钢半轴杆径从60 mm减小到58 mm,其静扭刚度及疲劳寿命均可满足技术要求,而扭转刚度较原调质刚半轴略有降低,有利于整个传动系降低冲击载荷.

@@@@In this paper, the influence of the torsional stiffness of half shaft and propeller shaft on the driveline impact load is researched. The functional relations between half shaft torsion stiffness and the maximum driveline impact load are obtained; it indicates in the paper that reducing half shaft torsion stiffness is an effective method to reduce the maximum driveline impact load and improve driveline reliability. A new non-quenched steel half shaft is developed which is compared with the original quenched steel half shaft. The results indicate that after reducing the diameter of non-quenched steel half shaft from 60 mm to 58 mm, its static torsional stiffness and fatigue life can satisfy technical requirement, whereas torsional stiffness is slightly lower than the original quenched steel half shaft, which is helpful to reduce driveline impact load.
