为了系统研究中国南海软海绵属海绵 Halichondria sp.的化学成分,文章采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,从其氯仿萃取部位中分离得到了9个甾体类化合物,依据理化性质、波谱数据和文献对照的方法鉴定其结构.其结构分别鉴定为:1)3β-羟基-5,8,22-麦角甾三烯-7-酮;2)3β,5α-二羟基-7,22-麦角甾二烯-6-酮;3)3β,5α,6β-胆甾三醇;4)3β,5α,9α-三羟基-7,22-胆甾二烯-6-酮;5)3β-羟基-5-胆甾烯-6-酮;6)5α,8α-环二氧-6,22-麦角甾二烯-3β-醇;7)5α,8α-环二氧-6-胆甾烯-3β-醇;8)7,22-麦角甾二烯-3β,5α,3β-三醇;9)胆甾醇.本研究结果不仅丰富了软海绵属海绵的化学成分研究,而且将为软海绵属海绵的化学分类及甾体类化合物的进一步研究提供有利的理论依据.

@@@@In order to study the chemical constituents of the sponge Halichondria sp. collected from the South China Sea, nine steroids were isolated from the CHCl3 extracts of a South China Sea sponge Halichondria sp. by a variety of chromatographic methods. On the basis of physicochemical properties and detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the data reported in the literature, their structures were identified as 1) 3β-hydroxy-ergosta-5, 8, 22-trien-7-one; 2) 3β, 5α-dihydroxy-ergosta-7, 22-dien-7-one; 3) cholestan-3β, 5α, 6β-triol; 4) 3β, 5α, 9α-trihydroxycholesta-7, 22-dien-6-one; 5) 3β-hydroxy-cholestan-5-en-6-one; 6) 5α, 8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol; 7) 5α, 8α-epidioxy-cholest-6–en -3β-ol; 8) ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β,5α, 3β-triol;and 9) cholesterol, respectively. The results of this study not only enriched the chemical constituents of the sponge of Halichondria, but also provide favorable theoretical basis for its chemical classification and further study of the steroidal compounds.
