目的:评价颈部血管彩色超声及头颅CT血管造影(CTA)对缺血性脑血管病的诊断价值.方法:选取符合缺血性脑血管病的诊断标准的患者42例,这些患者都进行过头颅CTA及颈部血管超声检查.详细记录颅内血管病变及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块部位及斑块性质情况.结果:在42例缺血性脑血管病患者中,头颅CTA共检测出颅内动脉粥样硬化13例、动脉狭窄27例、动脉闭塞14例.颈动脉粥样硬化斑块好发部位以颈动脉膨大处多见、并多为两侧同时受累,其次为颈总动脉、颈内动脉起始处和颈内动脉.结论:CTA对缺血性脑血管病患者的颅内病变血管的阳性检出率较高,颈部血管彩超可以显示缺血性脑血管病患者的颈部血管斑块形成的部位、斑块性质、管腔狭窄情况.2种检查联合应用可以互补不足,可以很好地指导治疗及评价预后.
目的:評價頸部血管綵色超聲及頭顱CT血管造影(CTA)對缺血性腦血管病的診斷價值.方法:選取符閤缺血性腦血管病的診斷標準的患者42例,這些患者都進行過頭顱CTA及頸部血管超聲檢查.詳細記錄顱內血管病變及頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊部位及斑塊性質情況.結果:在42例缺血性腦血管病患者中,頭顱CTA共檢測齣顱內動脈粥樣硬化13例、動脈狹窄27例、動脈閉塞14例.頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊好髮部位以頸動脈膨大處多見、併多為兩側同時受纍,其次為頸總動脈、頸內動脈起始處和頸內動脈.結論:CTA對缺血性腦血管病患者的顱內病變血管的暘性檢齣率較高,頸部血管綵超可以顯示缺血性腦血管病患者的頸部血管斑塊形成的部位、斑塊性質、管腔狹窄情況.2種檢查聯閤應用可以互補不足,可以很好地指導治療及評價預後.
목적:평개경부혈관채색초성급두로CT혈관조영(CTA)대결혈성뇌혈관병적진단개치.방법:선취부합결혈성뇌혈관병적진단표준적환자42례,저사환자도진행과두로CTA급경부혈관초성검사.상세기록로내혈관병변급경동맥죽양경화반괴부위급반괴성질정황.결과:재42례결혈성뇌혈관병환자중,두로CTA공검측출로내동맥죽양경화13례、동맥협착27례、동맥폐새14례.경동맥죽양경화반괴호발부위이경동맥팽대처다견、병다위량측동시수루,기차위경총동맥、경내동맥기시처화경내동맥.결론:CTA대결혈성뇌혈관병환자적로내병변혈관적양성검출솔교고,경부혈관채초가이현시결혈성뇌혈관병환자적경부혈관반괴형성적부위、반괴성질、관강협착정황.2충검사연합응용가이호보불족,가이흔호지지도치료급평개예후.
@@@@Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic values of carotid duples ultrasound and brain CTA in patients with ischemic cerebralvascular disease. Methods:Select accord with ischemic cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard of 42 patients with patients, these patients of ischemic cerebral vascular diseases were examined by brain CTA and Neck vascular color doppler ultrasound. Detailed records Intracranial vascular lesions and the location and nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Results:In 42 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, 13 cases with intracranial atherosclerosis and 27 cases with artery stenosis and 14 cases with artery occlusion were detected by brain CTA. Carotid atherosclerotic plaques is the most common near the swollen with carotid artery, then common carotid artery, internal carotid artery initial segment and internal carotid artery. Conclusions: The higher of positive rate of CTA to diagnosis intracranial vascular lesions in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases, Neck vascular color doppler ultrasound can display the location and nature of plaques、stenosis of blood vessel among patients who subjected ischemic cerebral vascular disease . The combined application can complement each other, and hence guide the evaluation of treatment and prognosis.
