Merlin蛋白是NF2基因的产物,它的缺失可以诱发神经鞘瘤、脑膜瘤、室管膜瘤等一系列肿瘤的发生,而且Merlin蛋白在调控细胞的运动、增殖等方面起着重要作用.本文就Merlin蛋白与膜蛋白、Hippo通路和CD44的相互作用机制以及其在调控细胞侵袭和迁移、酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体等方面进行综述,并且对其未来研究方向进行展望.

@@@@Merlin is the product of NF2 gene, of which mutations and deletions are characterized by the development of schwannomas, meningiomas, and ependymomas. Furthermore it serves as a key regulator of several important signaling pathways that regulate cell motility, proliferation, and survival. This article reviews the interactions between merlin and membrane protein, hippo pathway as well as CD44.Meanwhile we summarize the role of merlin in the regulation of invasion and motility as well as receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKS).Some effects ,which are needed to improved, are suggested in this review.
