利用Pro/E软件的强大功能,以ATC用弧面分度凸轮为例,基于逆向思维,先建立弧面分度凸轮理论轮廓,再对其进行法向偏置得到凸轮工作轮廓,最后对毛坯基体进行实体切除以实现弧面分度凸轮的自动化设计.

@@@@By the powerful functions of Pro/E ,based on reverse thinking ,the theoretical contour surface of a globoidal indexing cam was established ,then its work contour was got aftet making a normal offset .Finally ,the removal processing of the roughcast matrix was finished .So the automatic design of globoidal indexing cam was realized .
