使用Workbench建立了四辊冷轧机整机的有限元模型.基于结构模态和动态响应分析理论,进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到其垂直振动固有频率和响应特性,探讨了操作侧支承辊轴承座激励时工作辊垂直位移响应的轴向分布.

@@@@The finite element model of a 4‐hi cold rolling mill is developed with Workbench software .Based on structure modes and dynamic response analysis theory ,the natural frequency of vertical vibration and response characteristics were obtained by using mode analysis and harmonic response analysis .And the axial distribution of vertical displacement response of work roll when backup roll’s bearing seat on operating side was excited was explored .
