为研究齿轮箱模态分析中传感器优化布置的问题,在利用有限元法设定初始测点群的基础上,将基于Fisher信息矩阵的有效独立法运用于传感器布点的优化,优化结果采用模态保证准则进行评价.实验表明:优化后的传感器布点方案可以拾取较为完整的振动信号,能够良好地反映出齿轮箱体的结构特性.将该方案应用于连采机减速器传感器优化布置中,结果证明了这一方案的有效性和准确性.

@@@@In order to study the optimal sensor placement in the modal analysis of a miner gear box ,the initial displacement is finished by the finite element analysis . Then the effective independence method based on the Fisher information matrix is used in the optimization of the sensor placement ,and the effect is evaluated by Modal Assurance Criterion (MAC) .The experiments show that optimized sensor placement plan can pick up the complete vibration signal ,so as to preserve more structural information ,and reflect the structural characteristics better .The application of optimal sensor placement in continuous miner reducer proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the effective independence method .
