基于对高压超高压技术的研究,建立了小容腔的高压超高压控压系统,并对系统的增压部分和控制部分进行了设计.系统的升压采用二次增压的方式,在二次增压时建立了小容腔内气体升压的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件仿真后得到了比较理想的曲线,并进行了误差分析.
基于對高壓超高壓技術的研究,建立瞭小容腔的高壓超高壓控壓繫統,併對繫統的增壓部分和控製部分進行瞭設計.繫統的升壓採用二次增壓的方式,在二次增壓時建立瞭小容腔內氣體升壓的數學模型,利用MATLAB軟件倣真後得到瞭比較理想的麯線,併進行瞭誤差分析.

@@@@In this paper ,a high‐pressure and ultrahigh‐pressure control system for a small capacity cavity is set up ,which is based on the study on high pressure and ultrahigh pressure technology .And the pressurization and control section of the system is designed . Pressurization of the system is realized ,and a mathematical model of the small capacity cavity gas boost in the second pressurization is established .An ideal pressure curve is obtained by MATLAB simulation ,and the error analysis is carried out .
