建立了分散液液微萃取-液相色谱/质谱法(DLLME-LC/MS)测定乳制品中氯霉素(CAP)残留的分析方法.采用单次单因子法对影响DLLME富集因子的实验参数进行了优化,试验结果表明,在最优DLLME条件下,方法检测限为0.2μg / kg,当CAP质量分数在1μg / kg~20μg / kg范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9961),样品回收率(86%~94%)、方法精密度(2.7%~3.9%)均符合要求,该方法可用于乳制品中CAP残留的检测.

A method of determination of chloramphenicol in dairy products by Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction-Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (DLLME-LC/MS)was developed. Enrichment factors that affect the extraction were optimized according to single factorial experiments. The Results showed that under the optimum DLLME conditions, the detection limits of the method was 0.2 μg/kg. The linearity of the method was R2=0.996 1 when the mass fraction of chloramphenicol was 1μg/kg~20μg/kg. The sample recoveries were between 86% and 94%. The relative standard deviations varied from 2.7% to 3.9%. This method can be applied to the determination of chloramphenicol in dairy products.
