不论在管理研究领域还是实践基地,对于冗余资源的认识一直存在着两种对立的声音.本文从创新视角来分析冗余资源的双元性,首先对其概念进行了界定,分析了产生的根源和作用,其次探讨了冗余资源与创新绩效之间的关系,最后指出冗余资源在开放式创新的氛围中应发挥多元的价值活动,形成百花齐放、共生共荣的创新生态系統(innovation ecosystem)(吴思华、陈意文,2007).共生共荣的创新生态系统.

The conflicting views about the impact of slack resource on firm performance call for more powerful theoretic lens to explain,no matter in the field of management research and practice base. This study attempts to explain the slack resource ambidexterity from the view of innovation. The article analyses the concept , the root cause and effect of slack resource ambidexterity. The paper discusses the relationship between slack resources and innovation performance, and finally points out slack resources play multiple value activities in the atmosphere of open innovation to form symbiotic innovation ecosystem.
