@@@@It is a complex process to choose secondary vocational schools and disciplines for candidates,but it is easy to determine the flow of secondary vocational school students under different background in Liaoning Province.The empirical results show that factors impacting on the flow of secondary vocational students Include backgrounds such as the location and urban-rural difference,and external conditions such as institution location and school’s reputation. Therefore,it is recommended that secondary vocational schools should build specialties based on markets and location advantages,establish quality assurance systems based on the diversity of students and promote the coordinated development of secondary vocational education in Liaoning Province in the ways of region-by-region development.
