@@@@An Agenda for the Modernization of Europe’s Higher Education Systems focused the relationship of the economic growth and higher education, which represented that the economic thought was carried out in the higher education reform in European Union (EU). In order to heighten the university students’ employment rate, the final aim of the EU higher education reform was to improve the quality and quantity of the university students,who should be the key factors for economic growth in EU. As a result,the higher education reform could help EU to go out of the European Debt Crisis.
