目的:探讨带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的方法及疗效.方法:对23例腕舟骨骨折不愈合患者采用带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗,术后管型石膏固定8-10周.结果:23例骨折均骨性愈合,经随访10月-3年,优17例,良6例,优良率100%,腕关节功能达到健侧标准.结论:带筋膜蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合疗效满意.
目的:探討帶觔膜蒂橈骨莖突骨瓣植入治療腕舟骨骨摺不愈閤的方法及療效.方法:對23例腕舟骨骨摺不愈閤患者採用帶觔膜蒂橈骨莖突骨瓣植入治療,術後管型石膏固定8-10週.結果:23例骨摺均骨性愈閤,經隨訪10月-3年,優17例,良6例,優良率100%,腕關節功能達到健側標準.結論:帶觔膜蒂橈骨莖突骨瓣植入治療腕舟骨骨摺不愈閤療效滿意.

@@@@Purpose:Explore with fascia pedicled radial styloid flap implantation method and efficacy in the treatment of scaphoid nonunion.Method:Patients using the radial styloid bone flap with fascia implantation in the treatment of 23 cases of scaphoid nonunion, postoperative plaster cast for 8-10 weeks.Result: 23 fractures bone healing folowed up for 2 months to 3 years, were excelent in 17 cases, good in 6 cases, excelent rate of 100 percent, reach the contralateral wrist function standard. Conclusion: With the the fascial pedicle radial styloid flap implantation in the treatment of scaphoid nonunion satisfactory outcome.
