目的探讨下颌骨骨折愈合过程中SP表达水平的改变.方法用兔作下颌骨骨折的动物模型,分别于骨折前1天及骨折后第1、4、7、14、28天取骨断端组织标本作成石蜡切片并用LsAB法进行免疫组织化学实验,以探讨SP在骨组织,特别是在成骨细胞和破骨细胞中的表达.结果 SP在骨组织及其周围软组织中广泛表达;从骨折后第7天出现增强,第14天到第28天表达最强.结论在下颌骨骨折的愈合过程中,SP在骨组织细胞上的表达增强,SP对骨折的愈合过程具有重要作用.

목적탐토하합골골절유합과정중SP표체수평적개변.방법용토작하합골골절적동물모형,분별우골절전1천급골절후제1、4、7、14、28천취골단단조직표본작성석사절편병용LsAB법진행면역조직화학실험,이탐토SP재골조직,특별시재성골세포화파골세포중적표체.결과 SP재골조직급기주위연조직중엄범표체;종골절후제7천출현증강,제14천도제28천표체최강.결론재하합골골절적유합과정중,SP재골조직세포상적표체증강,SP대골절적유합과정구유중요작용.
@@@@Objective To investigate the expression change of SP during mandibular fracture healing.Methods Using rabbit mandibular fracture model,the fractured bone tissues were obtained and paraffin slices were made on the days of 1,4,7,14,28 after surgery,respectively.Non-fractured mandibles were used as normal control.LsAB immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SP in bone tissue,especialy on osteoblasts and osteoclasts.Results SP was widely expressed in fractured bone and surrounding soft tissues. The expression of SP increased 7 days after fracture,peaked in 14 to 28 days.Conclusion During mandibular fracture healing,the expression of SP in bone tissue increased clearly.It is estimated that SP plays an important role in fracture healing.
