目的:探讨微型钢板与交叉克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果.方法:将我院收治的68例掌指骨骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用交叉克氏针内固定治疗,观察组采用微型钢板内固定治疗,分析两组手术情况及术后患者关节功能恢复情况.结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组骨折平均愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组延迟愈合发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后关节功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:根据患者病情选择微型钢板内固定治疗,疗效佳,骨折愈合良好,并发症少,患者手部功能恢复良好,值得临床推广应用.

@@@@ Objective: To study the clinical effect of the miniature plate and cross kirschner wireinternal fixation treatment of palm phalanx fractures. Methods: 68 cases of palm phalanx fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The cross kirschner wireinternal fixation treatment to be used at the control group, while the miniature plate internal fixed treatment to be used at the observation group, analysis of two groups of surgery and postoperative patients joint function recovery. Results: The observation group operation time, length of hospital stay, amount of bleeding during comparing with the control group, the difference was not statisticaly significant (P > 0.05). The observation group average fracture healing time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). The observation group delay healing rate significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). The observation group is significantly better than the joint function in control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: According to patients condition choose miniature plate internal fixed treatment, the curative effect is good, fracture healing is good, fewer complications, patients hand function restore good, worth to application at clinical.
