目的评价社区综合干预对无症状高尿酸血症患者治疗效果的影响.方法对85名确诊为无症状高尿酸血症的患者,按随机分组原则分成干预组43名,进行社区健康教育、饮食、服药等综合指导;对照组42名,进行常规治疗.对比干预前后两组患者对高尿酸血症认知、体质指数(Body Mass Index, BMI)、血尿酸( SUA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)等指标的变化情况.结果干预组患者对高尿酸血症的认识明显提高,BMI、SUA、TG、TC等水平均显著低于干预前(p<0.05),FBG前后无显著变化(p>0.05);对照组前后比较则均无显著变化(p>0.05).结论社区综合干预可以提高无症状高尿酸血症患者自身疾病意识和自我管理能力,改善生存质量.

@@@@Objective To evaluate the efficacy of community health care on treatment of patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. Method Divide 85 diagnosed patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia into two groups according to the principles of randomized. intervention group 43 patients and control group 42 patients. Provide comprehensive guidance to intervention group with community health education, diet, medication, etc; Provide conventional therapy to control group. Compare the change of the cognition of hyperuricemia, body mass index(BMI), serum uric acid(SUA), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), fasting blood glucose(FBG) on two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Result Understanding of hyperuricemia were significantly improved for patients from intervention group. The level of BMI, SUA, TG, TC, FBG were significantly lower than before(p<0.05). No significant change of fasting blood glucose(FBG) (p>0.05); For control group, no significant change for al targets(p>0.05). Conclusion community health care can improve the awareness and self-management skils of patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. It can improve the quality of life.
