目的:通过分析经内镜肠息肉电切治疗患者在护理干预前后的各项指标的变化,探讨护理干预对内镜治疗术的影响及积极作用.方法:将行内镜下肠息肉高频电凝电切除术的患者86例随机分为实验组42例,对照组44例,对照组采用传统护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预.比较两组的生理指标变化、住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度等方面的差异.结果:实验组与对照组的各项指标在统计学上有差异(P<0.05).结论:护理干预可以显著缓解病人紧张、焦虑、恐惧的情绪,缩短治疗时间,提高患者术后恢复效果.

@@@@Objective: The primary aim of the study was to analysis the changes of operation stress in psychology and physiology indicators of the polypectomy patients and then,we analyze the effect of nursing intervention. Methods: 86 patients underwent endoscopic polypectomy were divided into two groups randomly. The nursing intervention was applied in experimental group and the traditional nurse care was applied in control group. The average days and costs in hospital,effect of satisfaction and anxiety of patients were compared. Results: Those indicators in the experimental group and control group were changed significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can obviously mitigate tension、anxiety、fear of patients, and decrease the process of treatment and increase the effect of postsurgery recuperation.
