目的调查统计我院改良早期预警评分(MEWS)在院前急救患者护理中的应用.方法选取我院急救患者1331例,急救时采用MEWS评价患者伤重程度,通过统计比较患者走向、预后及满意度来评价MEWS在院前急救患者护理中的应用.结果 MEWS分值越高,患者伤重程度越高,预后越差,满意度越高.结论 MEWS具准确预测患者走向及预后,值得临床治疗推广使用.

@@@@Objective: To investigate the application of MEWS in pre-hospital care patients’ nursing. Method: 1331 cases of emergency patients were evaluated their injury degrees by MEWS when given first aids. Through counting and comparing the patients’ trends, prognosis and satisfaction degree, the MEWS was evaluated in pre-hospital care patients’ nursing. Result: The higher is the MEWS score, the severer is the injury degree, the worse is the prognosis and the higher is the satisfaction degree. Conclusion: MEWS can accurately predict the patients’ trends and prognosis, so it’s worth of being popularized in clinical work.
