目的:探讨及介绍我院关于一期颈椎后路双开们椎管扩大成形术与前路间盘摘除植骨融合内固定治疗颈椎过伸伤的手术治疗.方法:对2003年至2012年30例颈椎过伸伤患者进行回顾性分析.其中14例患者给予一期颈椎后前路手术治疗.7例行单纯前路手术治疗,6例行单纯后路手术治疗,非手术组3例.结果:颈脊髓损伤神经功能恢复按照Frankle评分标准,术后随访观察0.25—2年,脊髓神经功能恢复情况,一期后前路手术治疗比单纯前路或者单纯后路手术治疗及未行手术治疗组疗效较好.结论:颈椎过伸伤的患者行一期颈椎后前路手术后,术后神经功能改善较单纯前路或者后路手术及非手术组要满意.

@@@@Objective:To evaluate and introduce the methods of posterior Clinical bilateral open-door expansive laminoplasty with alogenic bone and anterior cervical subcorpectomy with plate fixation creat the Cervical hyperextension injuries on the first stage. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out in thirty cases of \Cervical hyperextension injuries between 2003 to 2012.There were 14 cases treated with methods of posterior Clinical bilateral open-door expansive laminoplasty with alogenic bone and anterior cervical subcorpectomy with plate fixation,and 7 with via anterior approach,6 with via posterior approach.3 cases treated with conservative. Result:After folowed up for 0.25-2 years,Neural functionwas evaluated by using Frankle classifications ,the patient’s neural function was better improved in the group with the Anterior and posterior path Combined with internal Fixation on the first stage compared with the other patient.Conclusion:Comparde with the via anterior approach and via posterior approach ,the method of Anterior and posterior path Combined with internal Fixation had significantly better outcome in neural function.
