@@@@In recent years, radiofrequency ablation in treatment of hepatocelular carcinoma of clinical efficacy and safety has been clinicaly proven,which is recognized as the preferred ablation. Many investigations demonstrated that RFA can not only result in coagulation necrosis of tumors, but also can promote apoptosis of tumor cels, improve the body anti-tumor immunity, inhibit tumor angiogenesis. This review makes a summary of the mechanism of RFA in treating liver cancer.
