目的对目前军队中小医院“优质护理服务示范工程”开展以来,存在的问题进行分析,提出对策.方法结合军队中小医院实际制定切实可行的实施方案,从提高人员思想认识、修订完善各项工作制度、提升护理团队综合素质、改革护理工作模式、加强护理安全管理等方面着手,并比较活动前后患者满意度和临床护理质量的相关指标.结果军队中小医院实施“优质护理服务示范工程”应解决人力资源不足、完善支持系统、提高人员待遇稳定队伍、提高护理工作价值、管理者作好协调等才能更好地持续深入开展此项工程.结论“优质护理服务示范工程”活动的开展从改变护士分工方式入手,建立护士责任制,从根本上改革当前护理工作与专业发展不相适应的方面,提高了病人的满意率.

@@@@ Objective To analyze the problems of“high-quality care services demonstration project” in the Military Hospital, and propose a countermeasure. Method Combined with the actual situation of the military hospital to develop practical implementation of the program, proceed from raising the awareness of staff thought, revising and improving the work system, improve the comprehensive quality of the care team, to reform the care model to strengthen the management of nursing safety and other aspects and compare the relevant indicators of patient satisfaction and clinical quality of care before and after comparison activities. Results Military Hospital in the implementation of“high-quality care services demonstration project”should address the lack of human resources, and improve the support system and improve the treatment to stable team of staff, improve the value of nursing work, managers make coordination and this project can be carried out better and sustained. Conclusion “high-quality care services demonstration project” started from changing the nursing division of labor, to establish the nurse accountability, reform the incompatible aspects of care work and professional development are incompatible, and improve patient satisfaction rate.
