目的:对罗氏MODULAR E170全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪进行性能评价.方法:对不同浓度血清样本糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)的测定,对该仪器进行精密度、准确度、线性范围、回收试验以及样品间的携带污染程度进行验证.结果:所有检测指标的批内、批间精密度CV均小于5%,准确度偏倚<15%,线性范围基本与厂家一致,回收率为97%~106%,样本间无携带污染.结论:该设备精密度、准确度好,线性范围能够满足临床检测的基本要求.

@@@@Objective To evaluate the properties of Roche MODULAR E170 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunity analyzer. Methods The Roche E170 precision,accuracy, linear range,recovery test and sample carryover degree are verified with samples of different concentrations of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) detection. Results Al of test indexes of the intra- and inter-batch precision CV are less than 5%;these of acuracy bias are less than 15%; these of the linear range are basicly agree with the manufacturer; these of the recovery rate are up to 97-106 %; these of carryover during samples don’t exist. Conclusion The precision, accuracy and linear range of the Roche E170 are able to meet the basic requirements of clinical testing.
