目的:探讨早产儿肺透明膜病应用沐舒坦预防治疗的临床效果.方法:选取在我院儿科接受治疗的肺透明膜病早产儿共96例,随机分为研究组和对照组各48例.对照组单纯采用经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)治疗.研究组采用经鼻持续气道正压通气联合沐舒坦进行治疗.结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率为95.83%明显高于对照组的总有效率为83.33%,差异具有显著性(P <0.05).同时,治疗后12h 及48h,两组患儿的 FiO2、PaCO2均比各自治疗前有明显下降(P <0.05),而 PaO2、PaCO2/FiO2与治疗前相比有明显升高(P <0.05).同时分别比较12h、48h 两个时间段两组间的上述4项指标,均具有显著性差异(P <0.05).讨论:应用沐舒坦预防治疗早产儿肺透明膜病,疗效显著,使用方便,具有临床应用价值.
