目的探讨经腹高频超声在膀胱肿瘤分期的临床价值.方法对50例膀胱肿瘤患者,分别用高频探头和凸阵探头进行经腹壁超声检查,2种不同频率的检查对膀胱肿瘤分期,结果与手术病理对照.结果50例患者中,经腹低频超声对膀胱肿瘤的分期符合率为81.5%,经腹高频超声对膀胱肿瘤的分期符合率为93.4%.结论经腹高频超声在膀胱肿瘤的分期中具有较高的临床价值.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of bladder tumor stage by abdominal high-frequency ultrasound. Methods The 50 patients of bladder tumor were examined by the abdominal high-frequency or low-frequency ultrasound joint, and the tumor stage were analysed by them, then the surgical and pathologic examination results were compared. Result Among the 50 patients, coincidence rate of abdominal low-frequency ultrasound was 81.6%, and the rate of abdominal high-frequency ultrasound was 92.9%. Conclusion It is of great value to diagnose bladder tumor stage by abdominal high-frequency ultrasound.
