目的:提高中药注射剂临床使用的安全性和有效性.方法:通过对中药注射剂临床使用中不合理现象进行分析,总结中药注射剂不良事件的防范措施.结果:临床不合理不规范使用是导致中药注射剂不良事件的重要因素.结论:加强医务人员对中医理论知识和药物间相互作用以及配伍禁忌的熟练掌握,规范合理的使用是减少中药注射剂不良事件的有效途径.

목적:제고중약주사제림상사용적안전성화유효성.방법:통과대중약주사제림상사용중불합리현상진행분석,총결중약주사제불량사건적방범조시.결과:림상불합리불규범사용시도치중약주사제불량사건적중요인소.결론:가강의무인원대중의이론지식화약물간상호작용이급배오금기적숙련장악,규범합리적사용시감소중약주사제불량사건적유효도경.
@@@@objective: In order to improve the safety and efficacy of the clinical traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods: Acording to analysis on unreasonable phenomenon of tranditional Chinese medicine injection in chinical use,this paper carries on the preventive measures of tranditional Chinese medicine injection adverse events. Results: Clinical irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection is an important factor lead to adverse events. Conclusion: To strengthen the medical personnel to master the traditional Chinese medicine theory and drug interactions and incompatibility , standard and reasonable use Traditional Chinese medicine injection is effective way to reduce adverse events.
