目的探索急性白血病患者在大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗过程中发生不良反应的护理对策.方法对6例急性白血病患者进行大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗,观察化疗中的不良反应及总结护理要点.结果化疗过程中,均出现较明显的恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应,经对症处理后,均能顺利完成化疗.结论大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗期间,熟知药物毒副反应,观察患者不良反应的发生情况,及时采取相应护理措施,帮助患者度过化疗反应期,以此提高患者治疗的依从性,使化疗顺利完成.

@@@@ Objective To explore the nursing countermeasure for adverse reaction during the course of high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy for the patients of acute leukemia. Methods On 6 cases of acute leukemia patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy,we observe the adverse reaction and summarize the nursing points.Results During the course of chemotherapy,there are obvious nausea,vomiting and gastrointestinal reactions. Chemotherapy can be successfuly completed after proper treatment. Conclusions In the period of high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy,we should know very wel the side-effect of medicine,observe the adverse reaction of patients,take corresponding nursing measures in time and help patients spend their response to chemotherapy in order to improve patients'compliance to chemotherapy and complete the chemotherapy successfuly.
