目前投入运行的煤气发生炉炉体多为压力容器且为一类压力容器,但因为该容器为夹套容器,在运行中其内部发生复杂的化学反应,且反应温度可达到1000℃以上,反应产物主要成分为CO、CO2、 H2、CH4等产物,工况条件十分恶劣,一旦发生危险可能导致物理爆炸和化学爆炸的连锁反应,其危害程度可想而知,笔者认为其常见的失效模式有以下四种:1.结构原因;2.使用中因严重缺水,造成炉体内筒烧损、变形或在补水过程中引起内筒鼓包变形甚至爆炸.;3.炉体内水质不佳,造成炉体内筒体鼓包变形;4.酸液和硫化腐蚀,造成钢板减薄,强度降低.针对以上四种失效模式特提出四种应对措施.

at present, the most of the coal gas generators put into operation are pressure vessel , and it is the first class pressure vessel ,but this vessel is jacket vessel , the complex reaction will occur in the operation , and the temperature will reach much more than 1000℃, CO、CO2、H2、CH4 and so on are the main reaction products , the working condition is very bad , once the danger occur , it may lead to the chain reaction of the physical explosion and the chemical explosion , the harm degree can not be imagined , I think there are four common failure modes :1.the structure; 2.because of the severe dehydration ,the inner cylinder of the oven body will burn and deform , more serious , the bulge deformation will lead to the explosion ; 3.the inner cylinder bulge deformation because of the poor water quality ; 4. acid corrosion and sulfur corrosion cause plate thinning and the strength decreases. Here will Put forward four countermeasures in the light of the four failure modes.
