作为一种新型混凝土,橡胶混凝土受到越来越多的关注.本文通过使用粒径120目(119μm),掺量为30kg/m3的精细橡胶粉,分别在0.40、0.45、0.50、0.55的水灰比条件下,研究了混凝土拌和物性能和力学性能,最终得到橡胶粉对混凝土性能的影响效果.试验结果表明,新拌橡胶混凝土的工作性良好,橡胶粉的掺入降低了混凝土拌合物的坍落度和表观密度,硬化混凝土的立方体抗压强度.随水灰比为0.40、0.45、0.45、0.55的橡胶混凝土28天抗压强度分别为相应的普通混凝土抗压强度的92%、83%、84%、82%;56天的抗压强度分别为相应普通混凝土抗压强度的82%、75%、74%、72%.

As a new concrete, rubberized concrete obtained widespread interest in this field of building materials. This paper studies the workability and mechanical properties of rubberized concrete mixed with powder particle size of 120 mesh fine rubber powder (30 kg/m3) with water to cement ratio of 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, and 0.55, respectively. The influence of added rubber powder on concrete obtained and analyzed finally. The results showed that the rubberized concrete has a good workability, and the added rubber powder decrease the slump, apparent density and the mechanical properties. Compared to the plain concrete with the water to cement ratio of 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, and 0.55, the 28 days compressive strength of rubberized concrete decreases 8%, 17%, 16%and the 56 days compressive strength decreases 18%, 25%, 26%, and 28%, respectively.
