本文介绍了一种专用太阳能电池板EL测试可控恒流源.本恒流源的主电路采用了单管反激型电路,由单片机产生PWM控制大功率MOSFET来实现60V、0~10A的可调恒定电流输出.该电源有过流过压保护电路,并设有微机接口,支持远程指令控制,体积小,成本低.通过软件仿真,验证了本研究的合理性.
本文介紹瞭一種專用太暘能電池闆EL測試可控恆流源.本恆流源的主電路採用瞭單管反激型電路,由單片機產生PWM控製大功率MOSFET來實現60V、0~10A的可調恆定電流輸齣.該電源有過流過壓保護電路,併設有微機接口,支持遠程指令控製,體積小,成本低.通過軟件倣真,驗證瞭本研究的閤理性.

@@@@This paper introduce a research of a new dedicated constant current for the solar cell board EL test. The constant current source used single flyback circuit for the main circuit. MCU generated PWM to control high power MOSFET, achieving 60V, 0-10A adjustable constant current output. The constant current source can provide over current and over voltage protection circuit, has a microcomputer interface, support the remote control, and has small volume, low cost. Through software simulation, proving this study is verified.
