针对目前国产辣椒收获机缺少或者只是简单的气流式清选分离装置,本文根据新疆线辣椒的形态特征、空气动力学特性,研究设计了一种基于星形轮与气流的清选分离装置.文中重点对该装置清选分离机理及星形盘、轮轴、复摘滚筒、固定弹指等关键部件进行研究和设计,确定了装配关系.该装置不仅可以将初次收获后的辣椒中混有的椒秆、椒叶分离,降低含杂率;而且还能将椒秆上的辣椒进行二次采摘,降低损失率,提高了国产辣椒收获机的收获效果.

@@@@In allusion to the problem that domestic pepper harvester lacks the cleaning and separating device or have only air-flow style, according to the morphological characteristics and the aerodynamic characteristics of the Sinkiang line pepper, a kind of Cleaning and Separating device is designed, based on star wheel and airflow. The paper focus on the theory of the device and the pivotal parts such as star disc、star axle、complex pick roller、fixed fillip ,determine the relation related to each other. The device can not only clean and separate pepper stalk and pepper leaf from the line pepper, reducing the proportion of impurities ;but also can it pluck pepper off the pepper stalk again, improving the harvest effect of domestic pepper harvester.
