清洁化生产是茶叶加工的发展趋势.红条茶加工工艺复杂,目前的加工生产普遍处于半手工、半机械化的状态,卫生条件差,自动化程度低.针对这一现状,对红条茶连续加工工艺进行了研究,研制了一条红条茶连续加工生产线.生产线采用了触摸屏、 PLC等控制技术,生产应用表明,该生产线解决了传统生产工艺的清洁生产难题,自动化程度高,生产的产品品质好,具有较好的经济效益和推广前景.

But the processing status of congou black tea is in a semi-manual, semi-mechanized state now because it’s complex processing technology. In response to this situation, we developed a continuous processing line of congou black tea after the processing technology had been studied. It’s application with a touch screen and PLC control technology and made the congou black tea in clean environment. It can make us the high quality products better economic benefits and pro-motion prospects.
