为了提高花生播种的效率,设计了一种适合我国南方丘陵地区小块田地作业的花生播种机.该机由耕牛提供牵引力,工作时微型开沟器开出种沟,行走轮驱动排种器将斗内的种肥通过导种管播入土中,能一次完成开沟、播种、覆土作业.播种试验表明:当人畜行走速度0.6m/s时,工作效率0.05hm2/h,双粒籽率≥75%,穴粒合格率≥95%,空穴率≤1%,播种效果良好,满足花生播种农艺的技术要求.
