目的分析老年原发性高血压(EH)患者脉压指数(PPI)与心血管病变的临床相关性.方法 EH患者40例,按测得的PPI分为PPI≤0.4组、0.4~0.5组和>0.5组,分析PPI与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块数量、面积和斑块积分及其与左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、舒张末期后壁厚度(LVPWT)和重量指数(LVMI)的相关性.结果 PPI与LVDd、IVST、LVPWT、LVMI及颈动脉斑块面积、数量积分呈正相关(P<0.05);PPI>0.5组与PPI≤0.4组和0.4~0.5组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论 PPI与老年EH患者左心室肥厚与颈动脉病变密切相关,可作为监测心血管病变的一个有效指标.

Objective To analyze the clinical correlation of pulse pressure index and cardiovascular disease in the elderly patients with essential hypertension. Method Collected 40 elderly patients with essential hypertension,they were divided into PPI≤0.4 group,0.4<PPI≤0.5 group and PPI>0.5 group according to the detection result,analyzed the clinical correlation of PPI and cardiovascular disease.Result:PPI was respectively positively correlated(P<0.05)with the left ventricle LVDd,IVST,LVPWT,LVMI mean value and carotid plaque area,plaque number and plaque score mean value,there was a (highly)significant(P<0.01,P<0.05)in three groups. Conclusion PPI is closely related to the left ventricular hypertrophy and carotid artery disease in the elderly patients with essential hypertension,it can be used as a valid indicator in monitoring the cardiovascular disease.
