目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤的早期手术治疗.方法:回顾分析了笔者所在科2010年8月-2012年7月早期手术治疗27例颅内动脉瘤的临床资料.结果:27例患者累计处理32个动脉瘤,出院时按GOS预后评分:Ⅴ级23例,Ⅳ级3例,术中动脉瘤破裂死亡1例.结论:早期手术能有效的避免颅内动脉瘤再出血和延迟性脑血管痉挛,早期手术的困难通过娴熟的显微外科手术技巧能克服.

Objective:To investigate early microsurgery management of intracranial aneurysm.Methods:To review retrospectively the data of 27 inpatients who underwent early microsurgery clipping intracranial aneurysm from August 2010 to July 2012.Results:32 aneurysms were clipped in all 27 inpatients.According to GOS standard,23 patients had a good outcome,3 patients had a moderate disability,1 patient died inoperative for aneurysm rerupturing. Conclusion:Intracranial aneurysm rerupturing and DCVS can be avoided by early microsurgery clipping,whose difficulties can be overcome by skillful early microsurgery techniques.
