目的:改进五味子药材薄层色谱的鉴别方法.方法:以五味子对照药材和五味子甲素对照品为对照,通过改进提取方法和展开系统,以薄层色谱考察实验方法的可行性.结果:改进后的方法更加简便、环保,可行性良好.结论:该方法可为标准修订提供参考.

Objective:To improve the TLC identification of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. Methods:Through the improvement of extraction method and expansion system, the feasibility of experimental method was evaluated by TLC, based on Schisandra chinensis-control medicines and schizandrin A. Results: The improved method was simpler, more convenient and possessed good feasibility. Conclusion:The method can provide a reference for the revision of pharmacopoeia standard.
