随着控制理论和电子技术的发展,工业控制器适应能力的增强和高度智能化正逐步成为现实.基于单片机的远红外烘干机温度控制系统能根据不同区域的温度要求进行控制,可以满足烘干过程中温度控制的需要,温度控制精度较高,自适应性较好;且该系统控制方法采用PID算法,结构简单、鲁棒性好、可靠性高.

With the development of control theory and electronic technology, the adaptability enhancement for industrial controller and high intelligence become reality. A temperature control system based on single-chip microcomputer for far infrared dryer is designed. The experiments results show that the system can control the temperature according to different areas and meets the needs of temperature control during the drying course. The system has high precision and good adaptability. The PID algorithm is applied in the control system which has the characteristics of simple structure, good robustness and high reliability.
