采用柴油机台架试验,进行了乙酰丙酸乙酯-柴油混合燃料的燃烧排放试验,得到了混合燃料的运动粘度、密度、乙酰丙酸乙酯含量比例、含氧量、十六烷值、低位热值等燃料特性与耗油率,HC、NOx、CO、CO2等排放,尾气烟度等燃烧排放参数.利用灰色关联方法对燃料特性与燃烧排放参数的关系进行了分析,结果表明:油耗率受混合燃料的密度影响较大;NOx、CO和CO2等排放受混合燃料含氧量影响较大;HC排放和尾气烟度受混合燃料的运动粘度影响较大;含氧量是影响燃烧排放的主要参数;尾气烟度受混合燃料特性影响最为明显.利用灰色关联分析对试验进行分析,提高了混合燃料燃烧排放特性研究的全面性,为生物质基乙酰丙酸乙酯的替代燃料利用提供了一定参考.

@@@@According to engine bench test,consumption and emission characteristics of ethyl levulinate(EL)-diesel blended fuels were investigated,and blended fuels parameters of kinematic viscosity,density,EL proportions,oxygen content,cetane number and low heating value and combustion and emissions characteristics of brake special fuel consumption,HC,NOx,CO,CO2 emissions and smoke intensity were gotten. The relationship between blended fuels parameters and combustion and emissions characteristics was analyzed by using grey relation analysis. The results showed that brake special fuel consumption was to be influenced obviously by density of blended fuels. NOx,CO and CO2 emissions were to be influenced obviously by oxygen content of blended fuels. HC emissions and smoke intensity were to be influenced obviously by kinematic viscosity of blended fuels. Oxygen content was the main influence parameter on combustion and emissions. Smoke intensity was to be influenced obviously by characteristics of blended fuels. It is beneficial for overall study of consumption and emission characteristics of EL-diesel blended fuels by using grey relation analysis,and some references are provided for utilization of biomass-based EL alternative fuels.
