目的:观察土家药结合西医外治单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效.方法:将70例(85眼)本病患者随机分为治疗组40例(50眼)和对照组30例(35眼).治疗组采用西医常规治疗结合内服土家药.对照组单纯西医常规治疗.结果:治疗8周后,治疗组治愈率为84.0%,对照组治愈率为42.8%,两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:土家药结合西医外治单纯疱疹性角膜炎可明显提高临床疗效.
목적:관찰토가약결합서의외치단순포진성각막염(HSK)적림상료효.방법:장70례(85안)본병환자수궤분위치료조40례(50안)화대조조30례(35안).치료조채용서의상규치료결합내복토가약.대조조단순서의상규치료.결과:치료8주후,치료조치유솔위84.0%,대조조치유솔위42.8%,량조비교,치료조료효우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:토가약결합서의외치단순포진성각막염가명현제고림상료효.
@@@@ Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tujia minority medicine on herpes simplex keratitis(HSK). Methods:75 cases (85 eyes) of patients with HSK were divided in to treatment group(n=40, 50 eyes) and control group(n=30, 35 eyes) randomly. Patient in the treatment group were treated with routine western medicine as well as Tujia minority medicine, and those in the control group were given routine western medicine. Results: After treatment for 8 weeks, the curative rate of the treatment group was 84.0%, and that of the control group was 42.8%; the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tujia Minority Medicine can improve the clinical effect on herpes simplex keratitis.
