目的:探讨人工膝关节置换术后关节肿胀疼痛的中西的护理要点和疗效.方法:观察73例行膝关节置换患者的术后护理方法及效果.结果:本组患者术后无并发症,所有病例均顺利出院,半年后随访,患者疼痛缓解和关节活动度满意.结论:做好膝关节置换术后关节肿胀和疼痛消除的护理,对提高患者术后膝关节功能的恢复至关重要.

@@@@ Objective: To discuss the effect and main points of joint swelling and pain nursing, using TCM and Western Medicine, after artificial knee arthroplasty. Methods: The efficacy of nursing after artificial knee arthroplasty, using TCM and Western Medicine, was observed in 73 postoperative patients. Results: All patients suffered from no complications and left the hospital with satisfying pain relief and range of motion. Conclusion: It is vitally important to provide well joint swelling and pain nursing after artificial knee arthroplasty for the postoperative patients to get recovery of keen function.
