针对某安全控制设备在结构设计中继电器振动响应超出额定工作范围的问题,首先采用随机响应分析方法,分别基于刚度和阻尼两个方面进行了减振方案设计,确定非金属减速器为最佳改进方案;最后进行了随机振动试验,结果表明产品能够满足安全控制设备的工作要求.

In a random vibration test of a safety control equipment, the acceleration response is too large to satisfy the work requirement, and hence an improved design study is executed in this paper. Firstly, based on random analysis, a vibration control structure is designed from the aspects of strength and damping. The results indicated that the vibration structure can satisfy the design requirement. In the end, the structure is produced and tested. The conclusion is that the error between the results of finite element analysis and test is small, and the improved design structure can satisfy the work requirement.
