目的:提高大专护生对医疗损害法律制度及病历书写规范的认知;方法:以相关卫生法律法规为依据,评估、干预、提高护生的对医疗损害法律制度及病历书写规范的认知;结果:实习护生与在校护生有统计学差异,干预前后的在校护生有统计学差异, P<0.01,干预后的在校护生与对照组临床系学生病历书写规范无统计学差异,P>0.05,与中医药系学生有统计学差异,P<0.01;结论:在校护生经针对性、综合性、规范化的医事法学及病历书写规范培训后,能有效掌握医疗损害法律制度和病历书写规范要求.建议医学院校医事法学及病历书写规范的培训应该常规化、制度化、规范化、有针对性,提高护生的医事法学素养及病历书写技能,减少医疗损害及病历记录瑕疵,防范医疗纠纷发生.

Objective:to improve nursing students’cognitive of medical malpractice law and medical record writing standard. Method:according to the related laws,to assessment,intervention and improve nursing students’cognitive of medical malpractice law and medical record writing standard. Results:internal students and students at school have significant difference before and after intervention,and students at school have significant difference before intervention,P<0.01,the intervention of nursing students and clinical students in control group had no significant difference after intervention on medical record writing standard ,P>0.05,and traditional Chinese medicine students have significant difference,P<0.01;Conclusion:nursing students through targeted,comprehen-sive,standardized medical jurisprudence and records writing training after the medical damage,can effectively grasp of legal system and the requirements of history writing. Suggestions on medical jurisprudence and record writing standard of training should be regu-lar and institutionalized,standardized,targeted to improve nursing students,medical law literacy and medical record writing skills, reducing medical harm and record defect,prevention of medical disputes.
