目的探讨乌斯他丁(UTI)对大鼠急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的作用及机制.方法 Wister大鼠72只,随机分为对照组(C组)、内毒素肺损伤组(L组)、乌斯他丁治疗组(T组)各24只.分别在24h、96h留取标本,检测血清降钙素原(PCT)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、肺组织形态学、肺组织湿干重比、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α).结论 UTI移植可显著减轻内毒素诱导的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS).
목적탐토오사타정(UTI)대대서급성호흡군박종합정(ARDS)적작용급궤제.방법 Wister대서72지,수궤분위대조조(C조)、내독소폐손상조(L조)、오사타정치료조(T조)각24지.분별재24h、96h류취표본,검측혈청강개소원(PCT)화백세포개소-6(IL-6)수평、폐조직형태학、폐조직습간중비、지기관폐포관세액(BALF)종류배사인자-α(TNF-α).결론 UTI이식가현저감경내독소유도적급성호흡군박종합정(ARDS).
Objective To explore the effect and its mechanism of ulinastatin(UTI)on rats with acute respiratory distress syn-drome. Methods Seventy-four Wister rats were randomly divided into control group(C group),endotoxin lung injury group(L group),and ulinastatin group(T group). At the end of 24h and 96h,samples were collected for levels of procalcitionin and IL-6, assessment of histology,biochemical analysis and levels of TNF-αin bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF). Conclusion Treatment with UTI significantly reduces endotoxin-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome.
