目的:了解我院血培养致病菌的菌种分布及其耐药情况,指导临床合理应用抗菌药.方法:对2009年至2011年我院血液培养标本中所分离出的病原菌的分布及耐药状况进行回顾性分析.结果:1682份血培养标本共分离病原菌186株,总阳性率11.06%.G+菌未检出万古霉素的耐药菌,G-菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低.结论:血液培养病原菌及细菌耐药性监测是临床明确致病菌及其对抗菌药物耐受性的重要手段.

목적:료해아원혈배양치병균적균충분포급기내약정황,지도림상합리응용항균약.방법:대2009년지2011년아원혈액배양표본중소분리출적병원균적분포급내약상황진행회고성분석.결과:1682빈혈배양표본공분리병원균186주,총양성솔11.06%.G+균미검출만고매소적내약균,G-균대아알배남내약솔최저.결론:혈액배양병원균급세균내약성감측시림상명학치병균급기대항균약물내수성적중요수단.
Objective:to understand the hospital blood culture pathogens distribution and drug resistance strains,to guide clinical rational application of antimicrobials.Methods:the specimens of 2009-2011,the hospital blood culture in the isolated pathogenic bac-teria distribution and drug resistance status were retrospectively analyzed.Results:in 1682 specimens of blood cultures were isolated pathogenic bacteria of 186 strains,the total positive rate 11.06%. G+bacteria were not detected with vancomycin resistant bacteria, G-bacteria of imine pei south resistance to a minimum.Conclusion:blood culture pathogens and bacteria clinical specific pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance surveillance is the important means of antibacterial drug tolerance.
